This is a translation for reference. If there is any difference, the Spanish version prevails.

1. Data controller

The controller of your data is Lautaro Nahuel Di Paolo, CUIT 20-44075437-7. Contact: [email protected].

2. What data we keep

If you create an account, in our database:

In your browser, without reaching us: the prices you load, your settings and, if you don't have an account, your sessions.

Technical data: like any site, the servers log the IP address and browser of each visit, for security.

3. The emotional check-in

The check-in (sleep, stress, mood and intention) and the emotions you record on each trade are optional. They may say something about your health, so: they are stored only to show them to you, they are not shared with anyone, and you can skip them or ask us to delete them. If you fill them in, you give us your consent to store them for that purpose.

4. What we use them for

We don't sell your data or use it to show you personalized ads.

5. Who we share them with

Only with the services that run the site, which process them on our behalf:

If we add ads to the free plan in the future, we'll say so here before turning them on.

6. How long

As long as you have your account. If you ask us to delete it, we erase your data within 30 days, except for payment records the law requires us to keep.

7. Cookies and storage

We use your browser's storage so the replay works: your prices, your settings, your open session, the days you practiced (for your streak), how many sessions you used as a guest and which account was created in that browser (so there is one per person). That stays in your browser. We don't use tracking or advertising cookies.

8. Security

The connection is encrypted (HTTPS) and the database has rules that let each person see and change only their own data.

9. Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, update or delete your data by writing to [email protected] from your account's email. We reply within the time limits of Argentina's Personal Data Protection Law 25,326.

The owner of personal data has the right to access it free of charge at intervals of no less than six months, unless a legitimate interest is shown, as provided in article 14, paragraph 3 of Law No. 25,326. The AGENCIA DE ACCESO A LA INFORMACIÓN PÚBLICA (Argentina's Agency for Access to Public Information), as the supervisory authority of Law No. 25,326, has the power to handle complaints filed by anyone whose rights are affected by a breach of the personal data protection rules in force.

10. Minors

The site is intended for people aged 18 and over.

11. Changes

If we change this policy, we publish the new version here with its date. If the change is significant, we'll let you know by email.
