Terms and conditions
Last updated: October 29, 2026
This is a translation for reference. If there is any difference, the Spanish version prevails.
1. Who provides the service
Replay Trading (replaytrading.app) is a service of Lautaro Nahuel Di Paolo, CUIT 20-44075437-7, based in the Argentine Republic. For any questions, write to [email protected].
By using the site you accept these terms. If you don't agree, don't use it.
2. What it is and what it isn't
- It's a practice tool: it replays prices candle by candle, without showing the future, so you can practice simulated trades, measure your discipline and prepare for prop firm challenges.
- No real money is traded: no order on the site is sent to a market or a broker.
- It's not financial advice. Nothing the site shows (statistics, ranks, goals, probabilities) is an investment recommendation.
- Practice results do not guarantee results with real money. Leveraged trading can make you lose everything you invest.
3. The charts
- Historical prices: some practice charts (indices, metals, currencies and crypto) show recent prices of those instruments (CFDs) at a MetaTrader 5 broker. They are a reference for practice: they may differ from other providers' prices and are not suitable for trading.
- Simulated markets: the ones marked “simulado” (simulated) are computer generated. They behave like a market but don't correspond to any real asset or to prices that ever existed.
- Your data: the price files you load (for example, exported from MetaTrader 5) stay in your browser and are not uploaded to our servers. You are responsible for having the right to use them. If you share a file with embedded data, respect the terms of whoever gave you those prices (for example, your broker).
4. Your account
Without an account you can practice as a guest for up to 5 sessions. After that, the account is free and lets you keep practicing and save your sessions in the cloud. Use real information and look after your password: whatever is done with your account is your responsibility. You can ask us to delete it at any time by writing to [email protected].
One account per person. Temporary emails and the same email written differently (for example, with dots or “+something”) are not accepted. We may suspend duplicate accounts, especially if they are used to gain an advantage in tournaments.
5. Plans and payments
- Free: for practicing, with practice charts from recent months, basic stats and your last 20 sessions in the cloud. It may show ads outside your sessions.
- Pro and Premium: monthly subscriptions, no ads. What each plan includes is listed on the plans page. The price is in US dollars and is shown before you pay: with Mercado Pago you pay the equivalent in Argentine pesos, and with an international card you pay in dollars through Lemon Squeezy (which may add your country's taxes).
- Renewal: the subscription renews automatically every month until you cancel it.
- Cancelling (cancellation button): from the replay, in ☁ → Your plan → Cancel subscription, or from the Lemon Squeezy portal (“Manage in Lemon Squeezy” button). You won't be charged the following month and you keep your plan until the end of the period you already paid for.
- Right of withdrawal: you have 10 calendar days from your purchase to withdraw, without giving a reason, and we refund what you paid. See how on the withdrawal button.
- Price changes: they apply to new subscriptions. If the price of an active subscription ever changes, we'll let you know in advance and you'll be able to cancel it.
- Payments are processed by Mercado Pago and Lemon Squeezy: we never see or store your card details.
6. Acceptable use
Don't use the site to try to access other people's data, overload the servers, resell the service or copy the software. We may suspend accounts that do.
7. Availability and liability
We work to keep the site running well, but it may have errors or interruptions. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for the investment decisions you make or for losses on real trades. This does not limit your rights under Argentina's Consumer Protection Law.
8. Intellectual property
The software, texts and design of the site belong to Lautaro Nahuel Di Paolo. Your sessions, notes and journal are yours.
9. Changes to these terms
If we change them, we publish the new version on this page with its date. If the change is significant and you have a paid plan, we'll let you know by email.
10. Governing law and complaints
These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic, including Consumer Protection Law 24,240. If you have a complaint, write to us first at [email protected]. You can also file it with the consumer protection authority in your jurisdiction.
