Last updated: October 29, 2026

This is a translation for reference. If there is any difference, the Spanish version prevails.

1. Who provides the service

Replay Trading (replaytrading.app) is a service of Lautaro Nahuel Di Paolo, CUIT 20-44075437-7, based in the Argentine Republic. For any questions, write to [email protected].

By using the site you accept these terms. If you don't agree, don't use it.

2. What it is and what it isn't

3. The charts

4. Your account

Without an account you can practice as a guest for up to 5 sessions. After that, the account is free and lets you keep practicing and save your sessions in the cloud. Use real information and look after your password: whatever is done with your account is your responsibility. You can ask us to delete it at any time by writing to [email protected].

One account per person. Temporary emails and the same email written differently (for example, with dots or “+something”) are not accepted. We may suspend duplicate accounts, especially if they are used to gain an advantage in tournaments.

5. Plans and payments

6. Acceptable use

Don't use the site to try to access other people's data, overload the servers, resell the service or copy the software. We may suspend accounts that do.

7. Availability and liability

We work to keep the site running well, but it may have errors or interruptions. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for the investment decisions you make or for losses on real trades. This does not limit your rights under Argentina's Consumer Protection Law.

8. Intellectual property

The software, texts and design of the site belong to Lautaro Nahuel Di Paolo. Your sessions, notes and journal are yours.

9. Changes to these terms

If we change them, we publish the new version on this page with its date. If the change is significant and you have a paid plan, we'll let you know by email.

10. Governing law and complaints

These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic, including Consumer Protection Law 24,240. If you have a complaint, write to us first at [email protected]. You can also file it with the consumer protection authority in your jurisdiction.
